Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)
Due to hygiene reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned
How to Request a Return

Returns should only be sent after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when you receive it.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us within 24 hours with pictures, and we’ll make it right 💛
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used products
- Sale/discounted items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If needed, you can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash
